Soraka is a passive support champion. Great sustain, good silence for team fights. Well rounded. She can be essential for heal composition teams with long sustain in bottom lane, better than most other supports. She can nullify an AP Caster during team fights for 3 seconds with silence.

She is also very squishy with no built in escape or crowd control. She's not aggresive in lane, low damage output and requires a good team to really blossom.
